Connecting the Camera to iX Capture

If you need to update camera firmware, change settings, get diagnostic information, etc., you can use the free iX Capture software. This software can be downloaded from the Phase One website and installed on your computer. First, power up the X55 (and therefore the P3). With the software installed and opened, use a USB-C cable to connect your computer to the camera. The camera should automatically connect to the software.
